Re-direct Email & Devise Response Protocol

Problem: Sasjkia Is Still Receiving Emails from Riders, Drivers & Organizers

Website contact email adress, info@carpoolvote.com, still directs to Saskjia's email address. Sasjkia receives emails from members of the public trying to access CPV but is unable to respond due to employment restrictions.

Solution: Re-direct Email & Devise Response Protocol

• [ ] Re-direct info@carpoolvote.com email from Sasjkia's email to another email address which is accessible by the entire CPV team.
• [ ] Devise new email response protocol.

@PamelaJohn the problem here is really well-stated. I wondered if it would be useful separate the response protocol issue to into an issue of its own? Or maybe you think the two issues belong together
