Back End - Organization registry - confirm on election day ride still needed

(This request was made at the 2018, March 18th CPV upgrade planning and strategy session.)

As a field organizer, before I dispatch volunteer drivers to a rider's residence on election day, I want to be able to contact riders from the registry who previously requested a ride from phone bank operators, that they still need a ride to the polling place. I also want to notify other field organizers that the need for a ride has been confirmed.

• [ ] Create a check box on the back end for field operators to mark off when the need for a ride is confirmed on election day.

Just some notes on this issue:

1) new functionality: store status of check call – not contacted, contacted and confirmed, contacted and cancelled

2) currently there is no back end or operator's page
