Added values.md and working-together.md file #361

Added both files to the docs folder. I did not add any links to the contributing.md. Let me know if you want me and how you like me to change it.

I pushed up the changes at first on the master branch. Then I added the new branch and push up the changes that way. They should be identical.

@Stevegolden12 this is great 👍 thank you very much! Apologies for being so slow to deal with this, we have been active but with a smaller group, and are just now picking up speed again to get ready for the US midterms.

I hadn't realised this related to #253 (my mistake) and is exactly what we requested so I'll merge this now. Don't worry about the links, this step will make an excellent contribution for another volunteer.
