Considering the functionality of the New Operator Admin Page:

I am a ProgCode/CarpoolAction staff member who would like to maintain records of all uses of CarpoolAction, for verification purposes in the event of later need, such as verification, attribution, etc..

The ability to download a .csv file of all records relating to riders, drivers, and the orgs responsible for coordination their rides would increase the ease and efficiency of ProgCode/CarpoolAction record-keeping.

@stephenscapelliti I'm putting in a feature (before the mid-terms) for all operator tables to support the download of a JSON file. This can be converted into a .csv file fairly easily.

We can review after the mid-terms whether to provide .csv files directly. That isn't so hard to do, just a question of priorities.
