Move text on site revamp #412

Visitors to the site need to see the phone number and signup buttons first.

Please move the following text to the bottom of the page: "Thank you for your interest in our efforts to get people to the polls.

We work continually with our partners to make it as easy as possible for them to use the platform. Carpool Vote enables organizations like the NAACP and AAPD to sign up their own drivers and riders through a dedicated partner portal.

We're staffed entirely by volunteers and work around the clock to make this happen."
