Problem:
Settings menu had a bunch of unimplemented options
Solution:
Implemented what was doable for now, and hid the rest. Also included social media links to fill out the space.
NOTE: Still need the link to the submit issue/feedback page before this is closed. Happy for someone who has it to put it in line 182 of the settings_view page
