1st time pull request. Uploading steerco pdf to static folder.

@okdaithi This looks great. I'd like to integrate it as restructured text so that its searchable and easy for people to reproduce. Do you have the original content or word doc (whatever) to make that easier?

@pwhipp Does restructured text require a markup process?

The uploading documentation process would be as minimalist as possible. I'm format agnostic but would like to only have to create 1 doc. Let me know what's the best process.

@okdaithi - Yes. Its pretty easy to use. The easiest way to work is to copy from existing documents (any rst file in this repo) - there is also a handy cheat sheet (http://openalea.gforge.inria.fr/doc/openalea/doc/_build/html/source/sphinx/rest_syntax.html)

The advantage of rst is that it is relatively easy to search and to map into any required output format (such as the html used to present the docs on https://docs.flux.party/en/latest/).
