Proposed constitutional amendment #8

The Flux Constitution, as it stands, is extremely undemocratic. It puts all of the power into the hands of one person (the "Leader"), and then fails to provide a means by which that person can be removed from their position. The Constitution even defines the Leader as a "benevolent dictator".

Flux is aiming for democracy on a scale never seen before, but it is being held back by the fact that internally, it is undemocratic. This fact has been exploited by the media: https://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/wa/a/31201936/record-number-of-minor-parties-set-to-contest-senate/

Thanks for your quick response! I'd be interested to hear what you think about it. I kind of rushed the drafting, hence the need for me to add more changes. It's probable that there may be more loopholes that I've missed; I haven't looked over everything closely enough yet to say that I'm confident I've caught them all.
