Thanks for the PR, will make some comments and share some plans tomorrow. Was interrupted before during the review, hence the short response before.
S/ before././
Thanks for your quick response! I'd be interested to hear what you think about it. I kind of rushed the drafting, hence the need for me to add more changes. It's probable that there may be more loopholes that I've missed; I haven't looked over everything closely enough yet to say that I'm confident I've caught them all.
Just to let you know, I haven't forgotten about this; I'm just kind of busy at the moment, so I won't be able to respond that quickly.
NP, thanks for the heads up. I'm in the same boat. Comments half done.

The Flux Constitution, as it stands, is extremely undemocratic. It puts all of the power into the hands of one person (the "Leader"), and then fails to provide a means by which that person can be removed from their position. The Constitution even defines the Leader as a "benevolent dictator".
Flux is aiming for democracy on a scale never seen before, but it is being held back by the fact that internally, it is undemocratic. This fact has been exploited by the media: https://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/wa/a/31201936/record-number-of-minor-parties-set-to-contest-senate/
