Dark style #19

This makes the following changes:

  1. Makes the demo light text on dark bg, matching the mobile app.
  2. https://github.com/liquidvote/demo/commit/84e8393ded1216232115609ae854d59a54e34f48 Tweaks the title to be more naturally readable.
  3. https://github.com/liquidvote/demo/commit/269a0e95a9b0247262861f3c58ed6d03c3ba0cf3 Adjusts the random distribution of votes to be no_vote (delegated) 50% of the time only 33% of the time.
  4. https://github.com/liquidvote/demo/commit/b65c042eb54cff24c2de59f447dfbd18d560dfde Updates the screenshots for dark style

I like this in general, but I'd like to see a gradient for the background – pure black feels too grave.

Also, could the colors be white/red/blue rather than green/red possibly? Just a thought.

Nice direction!
