A google app engine app is being hosted at http://crowdocracy.us and will run the Voting and Leaderboard modules.
Payment processor
Currently linked to Tilt Pro, which can be connected to Stripe, etc. This needs to be connected to a bank account, which is problematic. But I will setup short-term bank account specifically for this purpose in my name as a stopgap - please comment on ways to improve this.
