Rohan created a bank account and connected it to OpenTilt.

Here's how to get info from the OpenTilt service. We need to connect a user's payment to a user profile, and keep track of total budget.

This means I'll be in charge of paying everyone back, or buying stuff in the proposals, as the case may be. The API provides an open record of every dollar in for transparency.

Could also open up all bank account transactions (dollars out) via something like http://www.ofx.net/
