This issue tracks our progress locating photos of members of congress.

Currently, as of Sep 15, 2018, we have 9947/12303 photos. This count comes from the results of a check_missing.py run.

[x] Done back to 1970
[x] Done back to 1960
[x] Done back to 1950
[ ] Done back to 1940
[x] Hit 10,000 ICPSR-photos
[x] All US Senators who have extant depictions

This is the new home for our member photos. I rewrote the scraper code. That, combined with the passage of time and better photo availability on Wikipedia means we are up to ~9,720 images (up around 1,000 from the last time!). This repo will automatically handle scaling and cropping and feed into WebVoteView.

This issue is going to track overall progress tracking down photos.
