Located this page on the U.S. Senate history website indicating that almost all of our missing Senators in fact have no recorded depiction.
Note that some of the Senators on that U.S. Senate list actually do have depictions; e.g. Nathan Smith Robert Carter Nicholas Robert Henry Goldsborough David Stewart
I have emailed the Senate Photo Historian seeking James Diament Westcott's portrait in case they have one.
I received a reply from Heather Moore at the U.S. Senate Historical Office RE: James Diament Westcott;
Hello.
No, unfortunately we do not have an image of him. We thought we did, but later research revealed it was actually an image of his son. We removed the photo from the senator’s entry in the online Congressional Biographical Directory, but did not update our list of “missing” senators.
If you do happen to find an image of him, please do let us know as we would be interested in obtaining a copy as well.
Having received this reply, I feel comfortable noting that every remaining Senator here has no known photo. I will close this issue for now and re-open if there's any development in the exciting world of 200 year old portraits.
The following U.S. Senators are missing from our collection:
