Link to docs doesn't work #29

The link in README.md to the docs (https://pref_voting.readthedocs.io/) returns a "Bad Request (400)". I think the correct link uses a hyphen instead of an underscore: https://pref-voting.readthedocs.io/

I would also suggest putting that link into the "about" information of the profile:
