5.2 Revision open comment #384

Hello! Hoping we can use the summertime to put some momentum towards writing and eventually publishing the next revision of the VIP specification, 5.2.

Below are some candidates for inclusion in to the VIP 5.2 revision. These items have been collected following some review of Issues created in this repo and based on some feedback received from VIP providers of the 5.1 specification presently. I'm hoping we can use this Issue to track conversation about which of these candidates should be included in the 5.2 revision and if there are items not represented here then please create a separate Issue summarizing the problem and link to it here.
