Precinct Scanner: Prevent Scanner Unit Popping Open

It's currently possible for the Plustek unit to pop open - for example if you stick your fingers through the front of the machine and lift up - which would make the precinct scanner inoperable. In order to push the scanner back down, you have to break seals and remove the scanner shelf, which is something we want to avoid.

Manufacturer recommends using a wedge, probably of foam, to hold the front of the scanner down without making it more difficult to slide the scanner in. Will try on next sample.
