This also contains changes to the Visual Studio project settings so the might have to be excluded from the merge I'm on VS2022 and haven't used it in a while so I'm getting relearning stuff.

Thanks Deno226 for your contribution. I used your fix for the Combat Extended integration (but can't test it in 1.4) since CE hasn't been updated yet.
