mainly outfits are affected, since schedule page removes those pawns entirely, while they're gone.

I believe this is Vanilla behaviour which was not like this before. Because of it, I was force to change our outfits assignment works with pawns are out on caravaning. The current implementation (since back in April) is supposed to be the most logical and helpful.
