Fix performance issues when opening Work Tab. #41

There is a small performance issue when opening a Work Tab or any other tabs like Mech, Animals, etc.

Also settingsInner scribe value format is changed to comma separated integers to fix parsing issue if user's job max priority is higher than 9.

Integration with Numbers (Work Priorities changes) should be fixed as well.
