Add support for RimWorld 1.5 #44

Initial work has been done to fix mod building for RimWorld version 1.5. Not thoroughly tested for bugs.

Cool cool cool. I was also looking at this.

Did you check and verify the rename dialogs work? That is of course the biggest chunk of code change here. 1.5 using a template in Dialog_Rename with an interface makes it awkward because the policies need the type info from the dialog so I am right now giving up myself but it's nice to see this

Added 1.5 to 1.5 branched. Did some smoke testing and released to steam. It seems everything is working fine. Added full support for new reading policy feature from 1.5 base game. I haven't bought the new DLC so I can't be sure if everything works fine.

Not really, did some smoke test and played with it couple minutes

I can ask the community to test this.

Yes please. Better to ask community to heavily test this mod in 1.5, we can fix any bugs that might be in there.
