Are you planning to implement hybrid assembly using Nanopore/PacBio #273

Hi, We routinely use megahit for assembly of metagenomic microbiomes and we started to use Nanopore reads last year. We would like to know if you are planning to implement the single molecules reads in the assembly strategy of megahit. Thanks
