OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument

Hi

I am trying to run:

 megahit -1 R1.fastq.gz -2 R2.fastq.gz -o Megahit_out -t 80

and facing the following error:

i installed megahit using:

 conda install -c bioconda megahit

Please help.
