right .htaccess for apache2

Can you explain what is wrong with current solution? To merge the pull request backend/web/.htaccess also must be adjusted.

With current version .htaccess I have errors like "The requested URL /frontend/web/contacts/ was not found on this server". Version from backend is correct.
