What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Intall fb4linux in eclipse-java-juno-M5-linux-gtk-x86_64

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The project menú item disappears

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FlashBuilder 4.5 For Linux   Released FB4.5     Oct 13 

Please provide any additional information below.
Yes, I know that eclipse juno is not a final release. But it's curios the 
behaveur.
