Stopped working download library #45

Describe the bug

Jfrog status Bintray is Ok, but library can not downloaded (https://status.bintray.com/)

And this link maven { url "https://dl.bintray.com/voxeet/maven" } also doesn't work anymore This access is 403 Forbbiden

And now the company's project no longer works, as it needs to have the library Even the pipeline stopped working

How can this problem be resolved?
