Camera resource not getting free after video call end.

When the call ends and the app uses the camera to record video at that time the app is showing that Can't record video while voice call

Should clear the camera and micro phone after video call.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Install the Voxeet SDK for react native and make a video call using voxeet UI kit and than try to record the video in the same app.
