The 'build' is running browserify app/app.js, but for end-user usage, it should also be bundled with https://github.com/deathcap/wsmc - in the Java plugin resource wsmc/src/main/resources/www/bundle.js. This will allow it to be easily dropped into a Bukkit server for deployment, with each build.
