Firefox 29.0 beta fails to respond to pointer lock and logs to the console:

"pyramid=" [Object, Object, Object, Object, Object, Object] bundle.js:80877 Error: WebGL: texSubImage2D: no texture image previously defined for this level and face (5) bundle.js:79291

in gl-texture2d texSubImageArray()

http://mikolalysenko.github.io/voxel-mipmap-demo/ also logs 'Error: WebGL: texSubImage2D: no texture image previously defined for this level and face main.js:7', but mouse interaction (orbit camera) works; might be a red herring
