access to plugin properties #4

Editing plugin properties would be useful.

e.g. voxel-reach distance can become an editable value

I had planned this, but would need to learn more about dat.gui to implement it. Should be possible, though, agreed would be useful. Or if not as proper GUI items (with drop-down menus and sliders and checkboxes and text fields), then at least editable JSON text.
