Fixed a bug that would prevent text similarity views from loading in the App (BSON vs JSON serialization)
Wired up the "no runs found" messages so they display in the App
Updated the Ask VoxelGPT operator to support streaming responses
Added support for showing warning messages in the App (would like to use this when we get rate limit errors from OpenAI, but haven't gotten to that just yet)
