Passenger train commute removed 12 billion dollars, making run unplayable. Save included. #1009

Describe the bug Randomly while playing, I suddenly lost 12 BILLION bucks all at once due to a passenger commute train.

Steps to reproduce Sorry, I don't know, Included a save file just after it happened though. Passenger train in the Altoona Annex station, called MegaCommute.

Build version 0.88.0.0

Platform Windows 10

Reproducibility First time I've seen it after 8 hours of play.

I loaded the previous autosave a couple times, trying to recreate it and was unsuccessful. No idea the cause.
