MacBook Pro 16" 8 core i9 / 32Gb / AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8Gb / Big Sur. Clean game slow down other MacOS applications to practically unusable state. The game near the end is a little bit slow but rather acceptable. Total freeze during save. After adding 60+ mods the game itself slows down at start in the middle of tier2 even it can miss clicks.
I to am having this issue. Once game gets to around 100 vehicles on the map the FPS begin to rapidly drop and GPU/CPU are not being utilized more than 40%. Below is a copy of my log file.

Describe the bug The game runs extremely slowly. CPU & GPU utilization is < 40% and FPS is below 20 once complex routes and larger numbers of vehicles are in play.
Please find screenshot of Task Manager utilization attached. Image taken immediately after ALT-Tabbing from the game running for 10 minutes after loading save.
Steps to reproduce Please find saved game attached. (Or not because it's 50mb zipped!!) - Please suggest a good location for me to upload it to for sharing.
