Support Postgres SSL-connections #16

Hi, I am not able to connect with my database hosted in heroku with the postgress db addon:

https://www.heroku.com/postgres

I am able to connect with package pg by setting ssl to true but I don't see any equivalent for pg-pubsub

Thanks for your help on that topic.

EDIT: Maintainer removed images with possible credentials in them

Hey, just FYI, I can definitely read all of your database credentials through the blur.
