Sync changes over the last 1-2 years #46

@rharrison10 and I have made extensive changes to this module over the last few years. It would be nice to have these changes pulled in and to have more active development on this module.

@ekohl Thanks, I'll need to work on rebasing this against the current master. I would not mind being a maintainer as I already maintain my own custom fork of this module but it is based on rharrison-bacula which is quite old.

@blackknight36 Did you have any more thoughts on this? It'd be great to get this module a new lease of life.

Alternatively, would it make more sense to deprecate this module and get behind https://github.com/xaque208/puppet-bacula?

@alexjfisher That would probably make sense since that module is more actively developed. I'm still using my own fork of this module and will most likely continue doing so as long as it works.

@blackknight36 take care that this module is not ready to be used with datatype arrived with Puppet 4.
