The docker flag "--link" is deprecated and the documentation recommends using "other mechanisms" to share environment variables between containers.
I do not have the expertise in Docker to be able to make a recommendation on changes to the docker flag. In addition, updating the documentation might make the PuppetDB image/container more friendly to Podman.
Any changes to the --link flag usage should also be reflected in CRAFTY.
