i contacted the support today, waiting for an answer now.

context: docker scout is a advanced container scanning service offered by docker. see for example our 3 free scannings: https://scout.docker.com/reports/org/voxpupuli/overview

contacted support, they now try to ask themself internally to find out if we are eligable or not 😆

they gave us 100 seats. nice. we can now scan all our containers.
