Add config_sync as a poor man's modulesync. #63

syncs config_sync/*/ into .github for defined containter repositories

where did you sync from? Does it make sense to setup a modulesync-config repo for containers? We already have one for modules and puppet-lint plugins.

i sync from crafty to all defined container repos. i only need a very small subset. can i do this with our existing tools without a hassle?
