Fix spelling of PR CLI option (kebab-case) #209

The README incorrectly states that one of the PR CLI options has underscores instead of dashes. That was probably just a copy+paste mistake in the past.

Sure. You can also easily squash the commits yourself and force-push to your branch to update this pull request.
