I'm not sure how much this part of the migration is still needed. In https://github.com/voxpupuli/plumbing/pull/245 I'm proposing to drop it.

@ekohl not sure either, but the github actions release workflow requires some forge secrets to be set. I am not sure how they are set.

We ended up merging #245 and dropped this file entirely.
