Avoid legacyfact augeasversion #88

Some new facts sets in facterdb do not contain the legacyfact augeasversion.

Switch to augeas.version

I had difficulties getting these tests to run locally:

An error occurred while loading ./spec/classes/augeas_spec.rb.                                                                        
Failure/Error: if Puppet.version >= '4.0.0' and facts[:rubysitedir] =~ /\/opt\/puppetlabs\/puppet/
