replace validate_* calls with pupet4 datatypes #147

The goal of this is to drop the legacy validate_* calls. Apprently the travis matrix and the Gemfile is outdated and tests nothing on puppet4/recent ruby versions. I need some guidance for how to proceed here.

@raphink I basically only care about https://github.com/hercules-team/augeasproviders/pull/147/commits/05aa0634612f80dda063648cefaa334ed480d49b. All the legacy function calls generate a lot of noise in the puppetserver logfile. What about cherry-picking it into a new PR and merge it as is?
