Migrate dependencies from herculesteam to voxpupuli #179

Not sure what to label this. Its both: backwards-incompatible and enhancement

that in itself is clear :D its just that on principle: puppet/augeasproviders* and herculesteam/augeasproviders* are the same, so we in effekt arent really backwards-incompatible as it is the same codebase (just migrated)

Users still need to modify their dependencies and if one module still depends on the old ones you get conflicts. Now in practice many people don't actually validate their dependencies but still good to be consistent.
