Maybe we can preserve the old CHANGELOG entries? This can be done by renaming the file HISTORY.md and adjusting the first line so that it looks like:

## [5.5.0](https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-bacula/tree/5.5.0) (2019-02-14)

GCG would then use the content from HISTORY.md for older entries.
