Remove Modulefile fixture #75

914f35d2054591f50708912c9500351b775fe3a3 removed Modulefile support, but left in this fixture that's now unused.

Looks like the build is failing because of https://github.com/puppetlabs/pdk/issues/770 and is fixed in https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs_spec_helper/pull/295

Tested by adding

gem 'puppetlabs_spec_helper', :git => 'https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs_spec_helper.git'

to the Gemfile
