gemspec missing licence #90

License doesnt show up on https://rubygems.org/gems/puppet-blacksmith/versions/4.1.2 and cannot be found by license audit tools like https://github.com/pivotal/LicenseFinder

I've also fixed up the LICENSE file so that github detection works and added a badge to the README.
