Fix Docker tests by bumping Puppet version to 7 Re-add default Debian facts removed in #529 Remove erroneous require added in #499

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

Don't know what the issue is with the CentOS7 pipeline. It works fine on my machine but we can't ssh to the container here

Hey @agriffit79 , thanks for your contribution! This should have been superseeded by the now fixed #520 If you still think the CI needs changes feel free to reopen this PR or open a new one :)
