Pull Request (PR) description

At this moment ElasticSearch 7 or 8 are supported (by ElasticSearch). The default config is written for ElasticSearch < 7. This PR fixes the default configuration set to ElasticSearch 7 compliant.

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

Fixes #1210
