[4.4.0] AllowZoneDrifting must be igored on RHEL9 #328

On RHEL9 this setting is deprecated and ignored. So the settings should also be ignored on RHEL9 and newer in this module. Source(man firewalld.conf of RHEL9): AllowZoneDrifting Deprecated. This option is ignored and no longer used.
