Allow puppetlabs-stdlib 9.x
Allow puppetlabs-concat 9.x

This need a compatible release of the puppetlabs-docker module.

It looks like the CentOS 7 version of wget does not do some trimming that newer version do. In any case, the token should not have a trailing '\n' so removing it always make sense IMHO :grin:.
