Pull Request (PR) description

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

i think we have to put the skip changelog label on this one instead of backwards incompatible. I think we made a mistake and didnt regenerate the last release (5.0.0) correctly. So this will change the currently changelog but on the next release ( a bit wierd). We have no braking changes in this PR specifically and the PR this references already has the correct label. What do you think @bastelfreak ?
